As this is changing daily we are closely monitoring COVID-19 and the advice of state and national health authorities in relation to infectious diseases. The health and safety of everyone visiting and working at the centre is our primary focus, as we continue to create a safe and welcoming experience.
As the COVID19 risk has unfolded we have remained diligent in our cleaning processes and through our cleaning services are doing additional cleaning with a focus on areas such as hard surfaces, toilets and the closing of our food court. We encourage everyone to exercise personal responsibility for social distancing measures recommend by the Australian Government by all individuals to practice good hygiene, such as regular hand washing with soap and water, before and after eating, and after going to the toilet, use hand sanitiser (alcohol based where possible) and cover sneezes or coughs with your arm, not your hands, dispose of tissues. If unwell, avoid contact with others, and practice safe social distance – 1.5 meters from people. If you have flu-like symptoms, you should seek your doctor’s advice. If you would like more information call the National Coronavirus Health information line on 1800 020 080 (Australia).
We will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates as they become available. We understand this is a challenging time for our community and for our retailers that can no longer trade. We very much look forward to welcoming them back when these necessary restrictions are removed, in the meantime, stay well and thank you for understanding and continuing to support our community in stopping the spread of COVID-19.
