Karen and Tracey are sisters who grew up in Melbourne and both began training and working in the Beauty industry in 1990.
Tracey decided to move to the country with her husband and daughter in 1994 whilst Karen began working for herself in salons when her boys were young, as they grew so did her love of the beauty industry.
